The Japanese fifth X-ray astronomy satellite Suzaku carries the Hard X-ray
Detector (HXD) which is installed with 20 BGO crystal scintillation
counters for the active shielding. The anti-coincidence counters are
available to work as the Wideband All-sky Monitor (WAM), which realize a
powerful gamma-ray burst spectrometer covering the 50-5000 keV band. After
two month activation operations, the WAM is now in a fully operated, and
has succeeded to observe some prompt emissions from GRBs simultaneously
with Swift other satellites. In this paper, we report on the WAM inflight
performance from initial operations, and present some results, including
obtained 100 keV to 1 MeV hard X-ray spectra from GRB051008 and GRB051111.
