Review of Discoveries and Preview of Exciting Prospects in the Study of the Ghostly Neutrino
John Learned, Univ. Hawaii

I will begin with a rapid overview of the great progress made in the last decades in understanding the properties of neutrinos employing atmospheric cosmic ray neutrinos, terrestrial nuclear reactors, the sun, once from gravitational stellar collapse and neutrino beams made at particle accelerators. While we have made great progress in understanding neutrinos, with all their surprises, it seems the fun may not be behind us, with new anomalies coming over the horizon.  I will focus on the emerging "reactor neutrino anomaly", and potentially revolutionary implications.  Finally, I will describe a little detector we are building which relates to some of these issues.
