One of the most striking correlations among the large and growing
collection of Doppler detected exoplanets is the planet-metalliicty
correlation. This correlation has had profound implications for our
understanding of planet formation and for the target selection of future
and current planet surveys. I will present evidence for an equally
strong and important correlation between exoplanet occurrence and
stellar mass. The rate of giant planet occurrence rises from 3% around
M dwarfs to more than 20% around A stars.
