I will review a skein-theoretic construction of the invariants
of rank 1 and rank 2 Lie algebras, and their quantum-group counterparts,
as pivotal categories. These categories are also known in physics as
spin networks, and as particle fusion with F matrices. The talk title
is explained by the fact that generalized spin networks are essentially
the same as Feynman diagrams in 0+0-dimensional quantum physics.
